Lesa is a graduate of Drake University with a BFA in Musical Theatre.  She has been dancing and performing since age three.  She is the former Director of Dance at Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge, Iowa where she choreographed for the collegiate show choir, the annual spring musical, and choreographed and coached the nationally ranked Iowa Central Dance Team and the all-male hip hop crew Team Uneek.

Lesa regularly clinics and choreographs for several show choirs, dance teams, studios, and musical theatre productions across the Midwest and her work has received multiple outstanding choreography awards.  Lesa has performed and choreographed for productions/competitions in South Carolina, Florida, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and New York.  She most recently coached the Titan Dolls Professional Dance Team for the Indoor Football League in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for two seasons.

She is currently working for the Dodge City Law Professional Indoor Football Team as the coach of the Gunpowder Girls Professional Dancers and runs the Junior Gunpowder Girls program for area youth dancers in Dodge City, Kansas.  Lesa is also currently the Head Dance Coach for the Dodge City Community College Dance Team and looks forward to making them a competitive collegiate team in the next few years.
